Australian Health Care Agreements

Pathways Home

Pathways Home is a program that the Australian Government funds under the 2003-08 Australian Health Care Agreements.

The funding for this Program forms part of the Australian Government's $42 billion contribution to public hospitals over the five years of the Australian Health Care Agreements. To access Pathways Home funding, each State and Territory was required to submit a plan of their proposed expenditure by 31 December 2003.

The following table lists the projects that have been approved to date under the Pathways Home Projects.
