Eligibility
Information on who is eligible to receive assistance from the HACC Program.
In general terms, a person may be eligible to receive assistance from the HACC Program if they are either a frail aged or younger person with a disability, or are their carer, and not already in receipt of other government-subsidised services that are similar to HACC services.
HACC services should not generally be provided to a person who is already receiving a similar service from other government funded programs.
Commonwealth Carelink Centres can provide further information about eligibility to access HACC services.
