Medical Imaging Accreditation Program (MIAP) Accredited Practices

Information for practices with Medical Imaging Accreditation Program (MIAP) Accreditation applying for accreditation under the Scheme.

Practices with current MIAP accreditation can be accredited under the Scheme by contacting their accreditor and discussing the MIAP recognition arrangements. Accreditation under the Scheme will be granted until their MIAP accreditation expires. Practices will then need to provide a single accreditor with evidence that their MIAP accreditation has been renewed, or qualify against the full suite of Practice Accreditation Standards.

Practices awarded accreditation against the full suite of Practice Accreditation Standards will need to be re-accredited every 4 years as part of the accreditation maintenance program.
