Health System Capacity Development Fund
This page contains information on the Health System Capability Development Fund.
The Health System Capacity Development Flexible Fund provides support for activities which build the primary care evidence base, support population health improvements for key population groups including women’s health, children’s health and men’s health; and/or provide assistance to health support organisations including consumer, rural, student, professional or other organisations.
The Fund has overarching Guidelines detailing how the fund will operate.
Current Grant Funding Process
The recent grant funding round for the Health System Capacity Development Fund attracted a large number of potentially suitable applications.The high level of interest meant that only a relatively small number of these applications could be shortlisted for contract negotiations.
On 1 May 2012, letters were sent to all applicants advising the outcomes of the assessment process.
Further Information
Registrations for feedback closed on Wednesday 30 May 2012. Feedback will only be provided to applicants to the Chronic Disease Prevention and Service Improvement Fund that have registered for feedback.Feedback will be provided in writing to registered applicants by the end of July 2012.
