The Aged Care Nurse Practitioner Pilot Project was a jointly funded initiative between the Australian Government Department of Health and Ageing and the ACT Government to implement an aged care nurse practitioner pilot project in the ACT.

The purpose of the aged care project was to investigate the impact of the nurse practitioner role in health service delivery for the aged care population of the ACT and provide information about the impact of the role on selected outcomes.

This report has been developed by the ACT Government.
