AH contacted key authors and centres, conducted grey literature searches; compiled literature into domains; reviewed key journals and departmental literature search documents; wrote first draft summaries of Part B literature domains 3, 7, 8 & 9 and jointly wrote Part A with CD.CD conducted OVID searches, grey literature searches, Cochrane and Current Controlled Trial searches; reviewed key journals and departmental literature search documents; wrote first draft summaries for Part B literature domains 1, 2, 4, 5 & 6 and jointly wrote Part A with AH. AH & CD reviewed each other’s choices of articles according to exclusion and inclusion criteria and revised all first drafts.
YW provided analyses and summaries of ACAP MDS data and wrote and revised Part C.
