- The Approved Provider had not remedied previous non-compliance identified by the Department of Health and Ageing within the timeframe set by the Department. Continued Non compliance is in the following areas:
- Inadequate documentation of resident care plans and progress notes which may lead to confusion, oversights or omissions in delivery of clinical care.
- Inadequate and inappropriate practices related to medication management.
- Inadequate number of appropriately skilled and qualified staff to ensure that the care needs of residents are met.
- Current Status of Service
- The Department and the Aged Care Standards and the Accreditation Agency are continuing to monitor the service.
The Service has appointed an adviser.
