- How would you rate your own IT skills? The IT skill levels of most of your colleagues at work?
- What sort of IT training is available to staff?
- How do you use IT within your current role?
- What do you think about the quality of the IT applications used by your organisation?
- Does the IT help you to do your job better?
- How do you currently share information internally? For example paper files, intranet, emails, informal discussions. Are these internal processes adequate?
- How do you currently share information externally? For example with funding agencies, partner organisations, other organisations in your community. Are these external processes adequate?
- Are you able to access all the information you need (about clients, for reporting purposes, trend analysis)?
