Investigation Principles 2007 – these Principles provide the detail of the complaints investigation process and arrangements for review by the Aged Care Commissioner.
Accountability Amendment Principles 2007 - these include the details of the discretion not to report under the compulsory reporting requirements where the alleged perpetrator has a cognitive or mental impairment or where the same allegation of an assault is made multiple times.
Records Amendment Principles 2007 - these are the record keeping requirements in regard to the compulsory reporting arrangement.
Information Amendment Principles 2007 - these include a minor amendment regarding release of protected information to the Aged Care Commissioner.
