This Award recognises best practice in the design and construction of dwellings for Australia’s seniors with the aim of influencing members of the building industry to consider the housing needs of an ageing population.

Australian builders, designers and architects are called upon annually to nominate for the Master Builders Australia National Lifestyle Housing for Seniors Award.

Nominations for the 2008 National Lifestyle Housing for Seniors Award close on 29 August 2008.

The winners will be announced at a ceremony in the Great Hall at Parliament House on 14 November 2008.
