Waterbrook stage two consists of 15 luxury three bedroom lifestyle resort apartments with basement car parking. All apartments and car parks are accessible via lifts and have been carefully configured to optimise solar access and offer flexible internal spaces.

Beleura Retirement Village in Mornington, Victoria, has been awarded for intelligent design and construction which enables residents to maintain an independent lifestyle through retirement.

Beleura Retirement Village boasts 186 villas that set prime example of dwellings that allow independent living for seniors.

All villas are accessible without steps, bathrooms have no-step with entrances into large double showers, and living and dining spaces are all open plan helping people with mobility issues.

Kitchens are fitted with easily accessible under bench draws for storage and easy clean cupboards, helping the resident maintain independence by being able to cook and clean for themselves. All grounds are fully landscaped, with a bowling green and heated indoor pool to allow residents to enjoy a healthy active lifestyle near their homes.
