The winners of the MBA National Lifestyle Housing for Seniors Award were announced on 7 November 2009.

National Lifestyle Housing for Seniors Award - Purpose Built Detached Dwellings

50 Plus Construction, Halcyon Waters, Queensland.
    The Halcyon Waters development consists of 42 detached independent living units at Hope Island on the Queensland Gold Coast.

    The homes comprise three and four bedroom configurations with a double garage.
