Attached is the Schedule of Resident Fees and Charges effective from 20 March 2012.The quarterly review of income tested fees will be conducted on 17 March 2012, with an effective date of 20 March 2012. Letters will be issued following the review only if the income tested fees for the new quarter are different to the last quarter, or if a refund is due.
Please note aged care homes should not be readdressing or returning residents' mail to the Department unless the resident no longer lives at the home.
