The quarterly review of income tested fees will be conducted on 17 December 2011, with an effective date of 1 January 2012. Letters will be issued following the review only if the income tested fees for the new quarter are different to the last quarter, or if a refund is due.

The Department would like to remind aged care homes that resident’s mail should not be re-addressed or returned to the Department unless the resident no longer lives at the home.

Help with accessing large documents

Attempting to open large documents within the browser window (by left-clicking) may inhibit your ability to continue browsing while the document is opening and/or lead to system problems.
