Commonwealth HACC Program Transition Costs Funding Round

The Australian Government released on 6 March 2013 a Transition Costs Funding Round for existing Commonwealth HACC Program service providers.

In this section:

Up to $55 million (GST exclusive) in one off funding is available to support existing service providers undertake activities related to transitioning to the Commonwealth HACC Program.
