These Guidelines set out the range of allocation processes that the department may use to allocate funding to new and existing service providers under the Commonwealth HACC Program.

The Department of Health and Ageing will conduct funding rounds in line with the Guidelines. Eligibility and other requirements will be clearly specified in the documentation for specific funding processes.

Information on any current Commonwealth HACC funding process will be available on the Tenders and Grants page on the department’s website at www.health.gov.au/Tenders and on the Government’s grants website at www.grantslink.gov.au
