This fact sheet provides information for those Commonwealth HACC providers being offered an Office for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Health (OATSIH) Projects Schedule under the Head Agreement for Multi Project Funding.

This fact sheet provides information for those Commonwealth HACC providers being offered an Office for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Health (OATSIH) Projects Schedule under the Head Agreement for Multi Project Funding.
Background
For administrative and efficiency purposes, the Department of Health and Ageing is offering funded organisations a single funding agreement.You currently have a Head Agreement for Multi-Project Funding issued by OATSIH. An OATSIH Projects Schedule for Commonwealth HACC funding is being offered to you which will operate under this Head Agreement.
Arrangements regarding your Liaison Officer, reporting and other obligations under your Head Agreement will remain unchanged.
Requirements in Delivering Commonwealth HACC Services
Your OATSIH – HACC Projects Schedule has supplementary conditions specific to delivering Commonwealth HACC services. These include:- participating in Commonwealth HACC quality reviews and reporting;
- reporting against the HACC Minimum Data Set;
- providing Output Variation Reports where there are significant differences between funded and delivered services;
- complying with the Commonwealth HACC complaints mechanisms and processes; and
- complying with conditions on the use of the Commonwealth HACC logo.
The Manual outlines:
- the delivery of Commonwealth HACC services, including the aims of the Program, target groups and services types; and
- the administration of the Program, including service provider responsibilities.

Help with accessing large documents
