Information for people receiving community aged care
The following information is for people receiving care and services through Community Aged Care Packages, Extended Aged Care at Home and Extended Aged Care at Home Dementia packages. In some cases the information will also apply to people receiving services through the National Respite for Carers Program.
The information sheets tell you what you can expect from your service provider, your rights and responsibilities and what to do if you have concerns about your care and services.
