## This 'non- pensioner rate' also applies for those 'pensioner' residents who agree to pay a bond of more than
the above 'limit to accommodation bond size for pensioner supplement eligibility'
* These rates apply for pre 1 October 1997 hostel residents who haven't moved into a former nursing home.

** Otherwise, the accommodation charge may be the lesser of the maximum permitted rates and the amount calculated as
the margin of assets over $26,500 divided by 5 then divided by 365 (See section 8.3.4.4 of Residential Care Manual).
