Positive Ageing: Poster and Brochure Series

The Ambassador for Ageing, Noeline Brown, has a series of posters and informative brochures for older people with sensible tips and advice on how to maintain and protect health, wellbeing and independence. These messages are a timely reminder of the simple things older people can do to help lead a healthier life and remain active and engaged with the wider community.

The positive ageing poster and brochure series has been developed to help communicate this message widely throughout the community. The 4 areas of focus are: staying physically active; eating well; keeping in touch with family, friends and community; and avoiding falls at home.
