25 June 2010 – The North Ryde Share and Care Senior Group

The North Ryde Share and Care Senior Group warmly welcomed Noeline to one of their regular weekly meetings at the Uniting Church Hall in North Ryde on Friday, 25 June.
Noeline delivered some serious messages about healthy, active ageing but there were lots of laughs as she told them stories about her life and her attitude to ageing.
A highlight of the event was when the group took part in a healthy active ageing quiz and Noeline was thrilled with the results - she learned that the North Ryde Share and Care Senior Group has a great attitude to life and they are filling their retirement years with fun activities as well as volunteering.
Noeline congratulated the dynamic group and she encouraged them to continue to keep their bodies and minds healthy while taking up new challenges.
