Guest speaker, Lower Hume Palliative Care + Mitchell Community Health Services 'Promoting Positive Ageing’ Expo - 8 July 2009

The delightful people from the Lower Hume Palliative Care and Mitchell Community Health Services held a ‘Promoting Positive Ageing’ event in Seymour, Victoria on 8 July. The event showcased important health information. Noeline was invited to be keynote speaker and she was impressed by the great range of important information available to community members.

Guest Speaker, Combined Pensioner & Superannuants Assoc (CPSA) - 20 July 2009

On 20th July Noeline and Maxine McKew MP attended a Combined Pensioner & Supperannuants Association (CPSA) meeting to promote healthy active ageing. The meeting was well attended by a group of motivated senior Australians.

After leaving the CPSA meeting, Noeline and the Member for Bennelong visited a local retirement village where they got to meet some wonderful residents.

Guest Speaker, Council of the Ageing Qld Peer Education Forum - 21 July 2009

Council on the Ageing (COTA) Qld invited Noeline to officially open their Peer Education Forum on 21 July. The event is about training peer educators about how to spread important messages about positive ageing. In her role as Ambassador Noeline is always promoting positive ageing messages so she was thrilled to be part of COTA’S peer education forum.
