The Aged Care Assessment Program - Expert Clinical Reference Group (ACAP ECRG) was established to provide expert advice on a set of validated assessment tools for use by ACATs, in response to the National ACAT Review, recommendation 11.
Aged Care Assessment Program Data Dictionary Version 2.0 2010
This Data Dictionary contains definitions for the data elements contained within the ACAP Minimum Data Set (MDS). It reflects an agreement between the Australian Government and State/Territory governments to collect and report nationally on work performed by the Aged Care Assessment Teams (ACATs) on a consistent basis.
