Notes-Round 9 Cost Report
- All DRGs that had less than five separations have not been reported in order to protect the identity of the participating hospitals and the confidentiality of patients involved. These DRGs are marked '*******' in the cost weights tables.
- If the number of contributing hospitals for a particular DRG is less than three, then that data had been suppressed in order to protect the identity of the participating hospitals. These DRGs are marked '------' in the cost weights tables.
- If the number of separations for a particular DRG is less than five and if the number of contributing hospitals for that DRG is less than three, then these DRGs are marked '******' and the 'no of Hosp' cell for the particular DRG is marked '------' in the cost weights tables.

Help with accessing large documents
When accessing large documents (over 500 KB in size), it is recommended that the following procedure be used:
- Click the link with the RIGHT mouse button
- Choose "Save Target As.../Save Link As..." depending on your browser
- Select an appropriate folder on a local drive to place the downloaded file
Attempting to open large documents within the browser window (by left-clicking)
may inhibit your ability to continue browsing while the document is
opening and/or lead to system problems.

To

Document Format) documents, you will need to have a PDF reader
installed on your computer. The Adobe Acrobat Reader is available free
of charge from Adobe's
website.
