Drug and Alcohol Service Report 2003-2008 Questionnaire
This page contains the Drug and Alcohol Service Report (DASR) questionnaires from 2000 to 2008 that were distributed to Australian Government funded Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander substance use specific services.
The DASR collects detailed service level information about client numbers, episodes of care provided, service resources, staffing profiles, and the broad range of activities undertaken by services to help prevent and treat substance use. The information collected is unique and valuable and will be used by OATSIH and the sector in formulating policy, in planning, and to profile the work of the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander substance use sector.
There are two versions of the DASR questionnaire. One version was sent to services that provide residential substance use programs, and the other was sent to services that do not provide residential substance use programs. The two questionnaires are almost identical except for some additional questions specific to residential programs. This way, the non-residential services do not have to skip over large sections of the questionnaire.
