The OATSIH Multi Use List (MUL) of experts came into effect on 1 January 2011 and replaces the Indigenous Advisory and Development Panel. The MUL provides a more flexible array of professional services that can be accessed by all of the Department of Health and Ageing (DoHA), OATSIH and by OATSIH funded health services, national councils and committees.
