Feel like you want to talk, or need a hand? Know someone who needs help?

There are many organisations that can help if you want it. They are all different, so you can find one that best suits you. Some provide the opportunity to ask questions for experts to answer, or you can read other people’s enquiries and the responses online. Some aim to give you unbiased, straight up facts about illicit drug use and its consequences.

There are also places you can go and people to speak to if you need help getting out of the situation you find yourself in.

This section includes contact information for the Alcohol and Drug Information Centres in your state or territory, counselling and support services and organisations that support parents, families and friends.
