Subscriptions

The subscribe feature is for updates on the Closing the Gap: Indigenous Chronic Disease Package. Emails will be sent as required notifying subscribers of current information as published online, following the development of the Closing the Gap: Indigenous Chronic Disease Package.

Conditions of Subscription

• Information provided by persons who wish to subscribe to the Closing the Gap: Tackling Indigenous Chronic Disease package subscription service is collected and recorded by DoHA for the purpose of maintaining the subscription service and so that DoHA can provide individual subscribers with relevant information and will not be used for any other purposes.
• Subscribers are entitled to cancel their subscription at any time. If you wish to cancel your subscription please follow the unsubscribe directions in your subscription emails.
• DoHA intends that the subscription updates will be emailed to subscribers as information is published.
• No fee is payable by subscribers for subscription service run by DoHA.
• DoHA reserves the right to delete any subscription from its records if an update cannot be delivered to the email address provided by the subscriber.
