PART 1: OUTCOME PERFORMANCE REPORT


Outcome 3 was managed in 2004-05 by the Ageing and Aged Care Division. The Department’s State and Territory Offices and the Aged Care Payments Redevelopment Group also contributed to achieving this outcome, as did the Aged Care Standards and Accreditation Agency Ltd and the Office of the Commissioner for Complaints, both of which produce their own annual reports.
