Hi, i’m Pati Singe. Before i changed my life on The Biggest Loser, i was overweight and at risk of diabetes, heart disease and who knows what else?I was also setting a really bad example to the young fellas in my family who i love with all my heart. I want them to grow up healthy and live a long and happy life.
So although it hasn’t been easy I've managed to maintain a healthy weight and a healthy body by eating a balanced diet and doing regular exercise. By following these simple rules you can make a difference for you, your family and your entire community.
